my cars givin this code I think its just ciuz my csar is runnin realy hot can that be related? it happens after Im idlingf or along time after I get off the highway

try this. that code happen to me and i did this to fix it. make sure the vacuum line for the egr is straight turns from the egr to the intake port which you have it hooked up to. any sharp hard turns and that code will come up.
