you don't want one.

all they do is cool the intercooler right? well.... didn't you know that if you run cold air into a car, all it does is lean it out? in other words.. an intercooler sprayer does nothing more than make your car run lean which for someone who doesn't have a tuned for constant spraying it could end up in that person buying anothr motor.

don't buy a sprayer.. they aren't needed and do nothing but present the posibility of blowing yourself up.

James

well regardless it'll cool it down. It'd be nice to have on those hot days where you ic is heatsoaked. I'd think ramming hot air into an engine is more detrimental to it.

If you worried about leaning out then just keep an eye on your gauges like you should and you'll be fine.

I said in a post long ago that the guys around my way were having more problems with the intercooler sprayer then what they were worth. All it will do is make you run extremely lean under boost while spraying and boosting. you will need two different tune ups. One for the spray and one without. They found the best thing is to freeze up the intercooler before the run and not use it during the run due the fact of running lean. That way you have a nice cold intercooler while under boost but not too cold. If you spray while under boost you car will lean out and then you know what happens then.
Use it before the run for the best results with out a bunch of tuning for the dense air. You should pick up a couple horse power with out having to worry about blowing your engine. Good luck.

God forbid tuning... don't make me... TUNE my car... The power increase of a cool air charge will more then make it worthwhile for you to rig up an intercooler sprayer. Just don't use it on a racetrack, as the drips can lubricate the track, and put somebody into a wall.
