#55683, "Turbo Problem, again!"

I just installed a T3/T4 54 trim turbo on my car, since my old T3 was in bad shape. I still cannot adjust my pressures on the SFMU and at wot it does not want go higher then 25-30, but that is what it is on without wot. I have a walbro fuel pump intank and an accell inline pump (connected in between fuel filter and the hard line to fuel rail) with the relay for the inline and it whines loud so it works. I know i am running rich, but i just want to be able to adjust everything right. Also, my boost gauge does not want to read when hooked up to the tb, so i installed it with a "t" in the Bov vacuum line and it reads up to 4psi then drops to 1psi and sometimes it doesn't read at all. Everything i have on my car is brand new, so i am confused as hell. I anyone is going to NOPI, I will be there in the red parking lot, so i can show what i got and maybe some other turbo 2gnt'er can help.
