Yes they come with the HRC kit and you can order them individually from HRC. You can also get different sizes for the AC lines and what not from racepartswholesale.com. I believe KTECLIPSE had an AC line blow from the excess heat from the HRC downpipe being so close.

The upper radiator fire hose does come with the HRC kit.
I did not have an Air Conditioning line break but I wanted to prevent the metal connections from weakening due to the excessive amount of heat generated off of the exhaust downpipe.
I purchased the supplies from www.racerpartswholesale.com. You have to click on the aeroquip link and then the link for firesleeve hosing. They have a bunch of sizes that they sell. I purchased two sizes 1" x 2' and 1.5" x 2' for about $40.
The fire sleeve hosing has worked well as it sits right against the downpipe and has not melted.

hehe interesting subject, I didnt' have to worry about my radiator hose busting on my but last week my freakin radiator inlet cracked off. The hose came off with a piece of it. I had to shave down the little notch that stops the hose and shove the hose in further, damn these plastic end tanks.
you might just wanna get something like this or put some kinda exhuast wrap on your downpipe.
but I could see why the HRC guys need that goofy looking heat blanket. the turbo is in the center of the manifold so its closer to the hose and all.
