the problemis that it came without the compressor v-clamp an without a wastegate actuator

you could possibly go with an external wastegate. I have to do this because my T3 turbo's internal wastegate was getting into A/C lines. It's just more money and more fabricatio

How is your internal wastegate interferring with AC lines? It's INSIDE the turbine housing! If you mean the wastegate actuator assembly, remove it and clock the turbo correctly and re-install it in a place that's away from the AC lines.

yeah...I should have been more specific....the whole turbo is just to long with the internal wastegate assembly. No amount of clocking is going to help. With a block off plate and just a 90 Degree bend it will be out of the way.

it's custom one I got from a guy from ebay. I looks a lot like the ones motofool privides i think. Again I should have been a little clearer in my last post. The turbo is from a ford/merc so it has a great big O2 housing on it and that's what is getting in the way. I know some T3s you can clok the turbine side but this you can't really. Sorry I don't have picture, if I did I'm sure it would explain the situation a lot better then I can...LOL

I recommend ditching the ford/merc o2 housing and getting a T3 internal wategate housing and T3 downpipe flange. Weld up a custom downpipe with an o2 sensor bung installed. I'll try to take a pic of my setup tonight and post it for you.
