#54278, "any help with my fuel setup would be appreciated"

Help guys,
My whole fuel setup has been planned around a TTI fuel tank return line adapter http://www.ttiracing.com/products/parts/returnline/returnlinedetail.htm#
Now that I have all of the other parts on their way, TTI's site says that they are not able to take payments at this time emoji
are they no longer in business? is there any where else that I can get this part? I have thought about maybe making my own version, but that is a last resort.

my last Q is... is the return nipple on our intank pump really able to handle enough flow of fuel back into the tank to allow for running large injectors and still being able to set the idle pressure low enough to idle properly. it seems that some people have a hard time getting their pressures low enough, and I (thanks metaljim for putting this in my head) think that they just aren't able to dump it qickly enough back into the tank.

any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

peace
WIKKI

Bill

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.

If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good.
If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast.

I already replaced my return port on the fuel pressure sender. i can get my fuel pressures down to zero. i used -6 an fittings and an associated aluminum pipe and redrilled the fuel pump housing to fit it, then I capped and sealed the original return port. You just have to remember that the supply line must be equal in ID to your return or you will have restriction hence not being able to lower your fuel pressure.

I would REALLY like to get this product. Bill if you are able to find one, I would be forever in your debt. you have also got to hook me up with a s16g oil feed and return kit. you are my last hope emoji

also. will I run into problems building enough fuel pressure if I leave the stock fpr intact? (I am going with a 255 lph walborough in-tank)

the suggestion for upgrading the pump return is a good one. I think more people should look into that. they would probably have an easier time tuning. I just have my heart set on the TTI product. I will probably try your suggestion if I can't get the part. (I am a whimp about trying to find the correct fittings up here in trailer california.)
