the star kit comes with a HKS standard BOV unless something has changed...

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

Just about any Greddy or HKS BOV will fit it. The STAR pipes use a Greddy style flange.
Nothing wrong with the HKS std BOV. It's not all blingy and it doesn't make whistle noises to impress your friends, but it does its job and holds boost levels in excess of 15psi.. I like mine.

as stated by Dino, it is the basic HKS bov. but it is a good bov none the less. it has a nice air sound (no fancy wistling), and it is not abnoxiusly loud. just enough to have people notice you when it goes off
