#53908, "SFMU hard spring?"

Hey, I want to install the hard spring in my sfmu. Can I just de-ressurize my fuel system and install the spring with the sfmu still installed? I was able to perfectly fit my sfmu and it will be one hell of a pita to do again.

TIA
Nick

You don't need to de-pressureize your fuel lines. The part of the sfmu you open to install the disks never sees fuel. I used to swap out the calibration parts all the time like that. Just don't over torque the cap on the sfmu and don't hurt the rubber gasket (blue) in there or it will leak and give you weird fuel pressures. Its easy just read over the manual really quick.
