#53729, "Boost ???"

I have a t3 turbo with turbo xs standard boost controller and turbo xs BOV. Now my question is does anyone have a vacuum diagram of their setup with the boost controller. I can not raise the boost at all no matter how many turns it stays at 5psi, i don't know if it is the wastegate spring set at 5 or what b/c it wont increasee. Some one please help with increasing the boost, if it is the spring where can i get a 10 or 12 psi spring.

Cut the vacuum line between the wastegate and the turbo.

Install a "T".

Run a hose from the T to your MBC.

.-- @ <- Turbo
|-- # <- MBC
'-- % <- Wastegate

PS- If you run 10 or 12 psi on a T3 without all supporting mods, you will blow your engine. Stick to 8psi or so on a stock engine.

So i am supposed to have a vac line from the turbo to the wastegate? B/c i have a vac line running from the wastegate to the intake manifold and from the turbo to the turbo timer. This setup isnt working so will try what you said.

Would it be alright to just "T" off the wastegate vac that is going to the intake manifold and run a line to the boost controller.

if your vacuum line is going from the manifold to the westgate, then just tee off your mbc in that line.

I have the wastegate line ran to the boost controller and the boost line from the turbo also to the boost controller(turbo xs). The boost gauge line is tee'd into the wastegate line. The boost gauge sees boost up to 5, but when i increase it on the boost controller, it stays at 5, but if i decrease it then it lowers the boost fine. I have tried alot of things and cannot figure it out even though it is a simple thing. Could it be the internal wastegate that has a 5psi spring since i purchased the turbo used from ebay but i cannot remember if the seller said it had a 5psi wastegate spring. Everything else runs really good, except being able to raise boost.
