well the mechanic still has my car and it still wont start. actually it does start sometimes runs fine but then he shuts it off and then it wont spark again for some reason and then it wont start and he says hes stumped. cant figure it out. were leaning towards the ecu but i dont wanna order one until im sure. damn you mitsubishi damn you too hell.

Sounding quite like the issue I was having not too long ago. Ended up being the ECU. Mitsu said it was some sorta internal error. You should be able to get the ECU for about $538.

well he put in two new relays and said he fixed some wiring and it runs fine now. im kinda sceptical though. i hope thats all it was. thansk for teh help though guys . i appreciate it

Hell if it runs fine then be happy. I wish that was all that needed to be done to mine.
