6-7 psi, stock injectors/internals. no problems other than my constant paranoia.

in about 1.5 months, 15 psi on 400cc and a vt block w00t!

8psi on a t3/t4e 50 trim

stock internals/injectors/93 octane pump with other mods-

-nitrous cams
-cam gears
-55mm TB
-2.5" turbo back
-UDP
-and 38,000miles on a CENTERFORCE DF CLUTCH....holds like a mother

-no problems other than with the turbo itself, the engine has been 100% rock solid.

countless of us. I am affraid that i might have a blown head gasket, but thats after a year and 30k miles. Also, i think it was caused by the bodyshop making some runs , when i got the car back the boost controler had popped off and the car was low on coolant over heating.

a blown head gasket can heppen regardless of the turbo though.

7psi for about 9 months. Talonized has been pushing 10psi on a star kit for about 2 years.

5psi, non-intercooled, stock internals/injectors. No problems, except for, like mentioned above, constant paranoia. Headgasket was replaced before going turbo. Got 117K on the car, been boosting for about 3k. If you keep up the maitnence, watch the CEL's, and watch the fuel pressure, there shouldn't be any problems.

stock internals 7-8 psi 65K miles. No problems other than blown spark plug gasket (1). Don't get too greedy and you should be fine.

I boosted 8psi on stock internals for about 3 months and then a ring gave out so I went and did the full rebuild.

1 1/2 years of boostin at around 6-8psi intercooled. Blew one motor on dyno from overboosting and have been on current stock motor for for then a year. Used to have overheating problems and now car just smells bad and runs mad rich. Corbin is still the man boostin at 6psi on stock internals for at least 3 years now.

As long as you can adjust fuel pressure properly with an understanding of what the engine is going through during the transition from vacuum up to full boost.. you'll last. I was HRC stage 2 @ 10psi for 3 years (37,000 mi.) before I decided to change out the guts.

420a and ej20... both with boost

6 psi non-intercooled (for a few more months at least}() 69k on the motor and only 3k on the turbo even though I installed it January and hit 66k during tuning. I guess I don't drive muc emoji. Anyway I'll only be boosting 6psi intercooled until the rebuild. Oh yeah, and no problems here.

i lasted about 9 months at 8-9psi daily. The abrupt halt was caused by attempting to tune my 440's/SAFC/3:1 fuel system, and getting greedy with the fuel. 250 miles on a full tank of gas made me yank a bunch out in an attempt to retain my gas milage. Dumb, but i learned my lesson.

Ran 5 psi for a few months, then up to 8 psi, with no probs at all. Then got a bit boost hungry and cracked some piston ring lands at around 11.5-12 psi, with great tuning and plenty of fuel..Dont just say if you have enough fuel you will be fine..the stock cast pistons can only take so much power...You guys are pushin it at 10+ psi :o
