and drive around at least a day until i can get my damned missing link in that i ordered last thursday. the issues are getting pretty bad right now, and i don't want to risk it messing up expensive motor emoji. right now i'm clamping at 3.9 volts, and need to get it off asap!

I had taken mine off when my FCD was also clamping at like 4 volts...i actually boosted on it for a bit, and the only time i got fuel cut was in boost, at higher rpms..low rpms it was fine..it wont hurt anything, but i guess try not to boost hard on it while its off..

How was your car acting up when it was clamping at 4? My car seems to be running lean, then rich when i let off the gas and backfiring. Hopefully the ML comes in tomorrow :/ so i can try to fiugre out why it's still not working right.

Well the car ran lean as hell, noticed my o2's were getting no higher than like .89 or something like that, at 8 psi. I had upped the fuel pressure to like 120 psi, at 8 psi boost, and still did nothing! Basically, since the map wasnt at its WOT voltage, the ECU did not let the injectors go to their maximum allowed duty cycle, and it ran lean. This was when i was on the stock injects too...It may have backfired, but it still ran ok..got a little detonation with that too..dats not good emoji

well, i pulled it off today, and my car ran a bit smoother, but i'm still having problems. Mostly with low vac at idle. my car died turning down the street so i got it in the driveway and let it idle, and it idled very low vacuum, and then i gave about 10% throttle and it came up to about 2000rpm...then a second or so later it came up to 3000rpm and my vacuum returned to normal, then when i let off it would idle again, and smooth. i do not understand nor can i find anybody else who knows what the problem is. Is there a mode that the ECU puts the car in that makes it rich, say if it sees the high map voltage? I might have hit fuel cut once or twice, but nothing serious as i didn't even boost, but as soon as i do that seems to be when the car reverts to the low vac/rich mode.
