scroll down and there is:

96+ 2GNT FUEL RETURN LINE SET UP

i have a 98 so should i use the 96+ one and ignore the first write for the sfmu?

Yes, you must use the 96+ fuel system setup, this one requires you to run a fuel return line back to the gas tank, from the SFMU. The 95's, they already have a fuel return line, so no need to run a new one on those..
