7lbs wastegate spring. Roughly 5psi manifold pressure.

isn't the stage 2 suppose to be 7psi? So it would have a 9lb spring limiting boost to 7psi?

Every stage 2 kit i've ever installed had a 7lb spring in it. Stage 1, stage 2, they don't care.. its all the same wastegate.
