#51917, "Damn it! How many are running rich @WOT under boost, no matter what you do?"

1m hitting 1.02-1.04v @ WOT. I have my SFMU down to about 16psi idle and 56-58psi under boost. 30lbs injectors, and a new front O2 sensor.
STFT are in the 4-7 range. Im not using the SAFC to lean things down, cause dont want the timing advance. SO what else can i do? Am i just one of those guys who has a weird car that cant be tuned down any farther?

Suggestions, ideas?

I have that same problem as well. RC 270cc at 5psi with 50psi static/35-40psi vaccum assist. My O2 reading with the Corbin gauge register 1.0 volts.

i need to set up the logger to see what is going on.

is that according to a datalogger? corbin's A/F gauge? if it's a datalogger it's bound to be decently accurate. if you have corbin's A/F gauge you might want to check the calibration.

Here is my theory on this. If your burning oil for any reason, like pressure leaking into the head and pushing oil into the intake or exaust ports due to bad valve covers, Or oil getting past your pcv into the intake, it could skew your o2 readings. When my motor started burning oil I saw higher o2 sensor voltages. And if its the boost pressure makeing the motor burn oil then you would never realize its burning. o2 sensors suck, i dont trust them. Get a wideband o2 and tune to that.

thats on 7psi boost. im using a jumptronix digital A/F gauge. IM using the 2.72 (?) disc and ring set-up (the one that gives you a 1/4 inch gap between the disc and plate) My OBD2 datalogger says pretty much the same thing for readings at WOT. I dont think im burning oil either.

yes I have the same problem. But like etx said I'm burning oil so maybe its throwing off my readings. Everysince I rebuilt it its been running really rich. But my EGTs are really cool also like 1450. I just plopped a 10:1 disc in and its still rich, then I put a 8:1 and its still rich but in 5th it leans up a bit to like .92-.94v this is all with stock injectors and an inline pump O_o
