STAR turbo has never had a website. turbogs.com was Wyatt's site - he's at www.raceprep.net now.

You can buy STAR kits from lots of different vendors.. just look around.

i bought my star kit from overboost. stage 2 was 2799. they are very professional and very helpful in keeping you up to date about the order. the manager even gave me a downpipe he was gonna use on his eclipse when mine was backordered for 3 weeks. i thought that was pretty cool.
