Hey, I am in need of a new o2 sensor and I was browsing o2sensors.com. According to what everyone says, our car uses the o2 with the round plug. If I bring up my year of eclipse, they show a picture of a square plugged o2. Sounds pretty normal from what everyone is telling me, they always get a square plug o2 when they go to Autozone or somewhere. Now, on a whim, I looked up the o2 for the 98 eagle talon. The picture they show is of a round plugged o2, they type I've heard we need. Anyone else confirm this? I would think it would work ok and we can just order them from autozone and not worry about splicing wires.
