OK I got an aeromotive fpr 13109. I want to use it only to control my nitrous system. If I just run the return line straight to the nitrous solenoid and that’s it, will it work? Will I be able to control the pressure to the solenoid? Thanks Jesse

The FPR controls the pressure on the incomming side - not on the return side. If you want to regulate pressure for the solenoid you have to put it between the pump and the FPR.
What is it that you're trying to do - lower the wet shot pressure while keeping the stock injector pressure? If you could explain what pressures you want(in psi) and where you want em(injectors, gas solenoid) then I could probably help a little more.

I was trying to adjust the fuel pressure on the nitrous kit but keep the pressure on the injectors the same. I talked to the aeromotive tech guy and he said that it couldn't be done. Thanks anyway Jesse

Hey Jim I have my FPR in the return side of my system and it works fine. Why do you say that it should be in the feed line? I'm kind of curious was that in the instructions?

Kirby, you've got it hooked up right. I was trying to point out where the FPR controls pressure - on the incomming side. It is the the last component in the fuel system: pump, feed line, filter, rail, fpr. The return line should be run from the FPR. The presure is regulated on everything up to the FPR - including the pump, feed line, filter, and rail. The return line is unregulated.
Jesse, I figured thats what you were trying to do. Actually it is possible, but not with just adding a FPR. You need the equivalent of 2 seperate fuel systems to do something like that - Each with it's own pump, lines, FPR and return. Basically you would have to plumb in a whole new fuel system.
