OK heres the deal. I have a NER Stage 1 kit. It comes with a Tial Wastegate. At the bottom of the Tial there is a metal ring gasket that sits not so flush in the flange, and 2 metal washers on the flange that sit atop a gasket on the manifold.

My question is doesnt the wastegate valve stay closed until the desired boost level is reached? mine opens and closes rapidly at idle making things very loud and causing the car to run shitty.

I have all vaccum lines installed properly but it idles really bad and drives horrible. I have put 3 pain staking miles on it so far and cant stand to drive it any more
