the wastegate on my garret t-3 is stuck closed. is it possible to drive with it like this. is there any way to fix it. i've searched and couldn't find an answer. someone please help, fast!!!

Well, you should be able drive it around as long as you don't let it get into the boost too much, otherwise you'll get boost creep. Make sure the vacuum lines is connected to the WG. Is it the actuator thats stuck or the actual gate? To check - try disconnecting the actuator from the gate. Does the gate swing freely? If it does then the actuator is either not seeing boost or broken.
