my deltagate had gone to shit, so i bought a tial 35mm gate to replace it....heres the gasket after 2 days- emoji

hmmmm... dumb question, but did you have it torqued down tight enough? looks like it was a little loose and exhaust gas escaped around the sides damaging the gasket a little. it doesn't even look that bad, you could probably get away continuing to use it.

The flange on the manifold is probably warped. Flatten it.

yeah it looks like the surface was warped. see the gasket is fine on the side where it was torqued togeather by the bolts

that was a couple days ago, the old gasket from the deltagate has held up 100% perfect....I had the same problem with my greddy header, it was the same type gasket and they would take a shit after a week...its just crap materials....soon as a sprung for a good one, problem was solved...

Yep, same exact thing happened to me when I upgraded to the tial. I just put the old deltagate gasket on, and its been fine since. That metal ring on the deltagate gasket makes all the difference.
