#50415, "Two problems"

I'm having two seperate problems with my car and I thought you guys could help me out again. My first problem started about a month ago with a cel, codes p0108 and p0141. I have had my turbo installed for about 3 years and have never had a cel until now. The p0108 is map sensor voltage too high, and p0141 is downstream heated o2 sensor heater circuit fault bank 1. My car is a 1995 so I never had the black box to clamp the map sensor voltage, so i ordered and installed the missing linc, and a new map sensor. Still getting codes. Second problem I believe is seperate, I installed a s-fmu because my cartech went bad so I went ahead and installed accel 30# injectors. I set the static at 34 psi, the idle at 24 psi and I'm getting 54 psi at 5# of boost. I have the hard spring and the 2.72 disk installed. The problem is it starts hard and kind of runs rough for a second then smooths out, and the engine vacuum has dropped about 1 to 2 hg. This problem only started tuesday when I installed the fuel system. Thanks for any input.

I'm not too sure about the idle problem, but with the MAP cel, I think the ecu "saw" boost. Over a period of time, your stock MAP probably failed. Now, did you reset the ecu prior to installing the Missing Link and new MAP sensor? If you didn't, then you need to "erase" the old CEL, otherwise, you'll continue to see the MAP CEL.

did you install the check valve in the VAC line from the intake manifold to the SFMU? A vac leak somewhere could also be your problem, since you vaccum at idle is lower.

I did the key switch thing, but the codes came back. Should I unhook the battery? The ristrictor is inline on the s-fmu, and the vacuum lines all check out. Maybe a gasket? Also, I only have the walbro hp 255L now since the inline burned up. Is it possible that pump dosn't prime quick enough? Thanks

disconec the negative battery clable for a few minutes, that will reset the ecu. As for the walbro pump, it primes fine and should work well with what you have.
