i plan on doing a high compression build than run low psi. what's a good BOV that's not to stiff for low psi. i'm liking the turbo XS RFL but i don't want something to stiff and jam the compressor.

thanks beefgg for the sig

I use the Turbo XS RFL Type H with no problems at 8 psi. Some people do get flutter with it though. From what I understand you can trim the spring a little or make sure the shaft is lubricated in the BOV. Like I said I have no problems though.

agreed. the OEM 1G BOV is actually a pretty nice part. if you want to run a little more boost without it leaking, you could always crush the spring or whatever those 1G'ers do.

i have the RFL, and it sounds pretty weak with less than 5-7 psi. around 14 or so, what i'm running right now, it sounds pretty dam good.

i've heard the 1G BOV is good. i only plan on doing around 6-7 PSI cause of high compression pistons. i was hoping to find something that would sound nice despite the low psi.
