Do you feel the car boosting? If so, then maybe your gauge is just broken. Id go and doublecheck all the vacuum connections, especially the one that goes to your wastegate.

As ^ said, do u feel the car boosting? If so, Id check your line going from the T to the back of your boost gauge. Make sure its hooked up right, and theres no cracks/holes anywhere. You should be able to hear a leak if it is. Also, while the car is still on, take out your boost gauge and listen for leaks at the back of the gauge. I had that problem before, thats why I said that.

yeah, if the car doesnt feel any faster or just a little faster, then check all of your piping or vaccum lines... boost leak somewhere... otherwise, if its alot faster, then the gaug is shot, or not hooked up correctly

anyone ever thought of a drive-thru parts store? that would be cool!
