Ok first the craptech. I have a model where the fpr is back by the fuel tank... So when I install the new FPR do I install it in engine bay or where the stock one was? Second, Fuel pump... Is this a replacement for the stock pump or is this an inline one... I dont really know much about fuel systems, actually I know nothing. And thats the one of the most important parts. I can handle the rest of the kit but when I read through the instruction on the fuel system I just sit on the last page scratching my head. Any and all suggestions and help please. Also should I just buy a walbro 255?

look at the cartech and look at your stock fpr....notice the difference in size? The cartech will go near the firewall on the passenger side. As for the auxillery pump, that is an inline pump. I don't care much for what others say about this setup, because the way I see it, stock pump along with the inline pump are more than enough to deliver the fuel at high boost. Fuel system is rather easy if you read through it slowly.

the HRC comes with and inline pump so you don't replace the stock pump
here if you read the fuel system instructions and don't get what its saying look at this, it might help. i just went by the instructions so i can't guarantee that its 100% right, but i'm pretty sure it is.
going by the HRC instructions:
STEP 1: first take out the back seat and the plate to access the fuel pump area. it'll look like(pic below). remove the return line.
then remove the line on the front side of the fuel filter. then remove the bolt very front that connects the FPR to the fuelfilter. (in the pic the line is already removed)
STEP 2: next remove the cap on the end of the fuel rail and remove the schrader valve from inside the fitting. you can get a schrader tool at walmart for $1-2.
STEP 3: setup the Cartec FPR like the pic in {figure A} in the instructions. (see step 4 below)
STEP 4: mount the FPR {figure B} and connect hoses
STEP 5: attach 35" flexible fuel line from out on the FPR. run the hard line along the existing lines. secure hard line to existing lines and connect other end of the flex hose to it. then run the 20" line from the backend of the hard line to the fuel return ontop the fuel tank(under backseat)-(see step 1)
STEP 6: attach the inline fuel pump to the bracket. connect -6 flare fitting and washer to fuel filter. connect 90 degree hose end to -6 fitting. attach 15" hose to 90 end. connect 20" hose to the hard line running to the fuel rail.
STEP 7: install brackets and such. finish hooking up the hoses. the pic is the basic layout of how it would look. i don't have a HRC kit so of course i don't have the actual parts but its basically the same thing.

That was a very nice write up .... too bad I didn't have that 3 weeks ago when I was doing my fuel setup. Just my word advice having done this just recently. Make SURE you have the relay wired in correctly. It doesn't make sense in the manual very much, but it comes together as you do the install. If your stuck, pm someone.
