Anyone know where i could get a downpipe without waiting a month or so, custom or bolt on, i just want it mandrrel bent and no shop over here does mandrel bends.

Not if your local shops won't make one for you. Nobody really sells on for our car. Get in line, you're waiting for ERT downpipe just like the rest of us. Should be out soon ....

If I remember correctly, Steve is actually waiting to have his prototype returned that is out for fitment, to make it fits on more cars than just one. Then he can build the jig and start producing them.
*edit* There was a fitment problem with the V-6 downpipe because they changed flange angles between a certain year Avenger, unbenounced to any one. That's why ERT is focused on the V-6 pipe.
I just ordered up some mandrel bends from Road Race and Cut and welded them together, also got flanges and gaskets from there. Currently I have the HRC downpipe with a flange welded to the end with my custom 2.5 inch downpipe bolted to it. I havent got around to finishing the whole thing. As far as not having a welder you could order up the bends and take it to a muffler shop and have them cut, fit, and weld one up. All in all I cost me around 140 bucks for the downpipe and it took me about an hour to cut, and fit the pipe together. If I can remember right I ordered 2 U bends, and a 90. Then 3 evo flanges and gaskets. But if you are wanting to go from the turbo you will probably need one more U bend to make the sharp corner to head off the turbo. Just my .02
^^^This is exactly what i was going to do. Get some bends from RRE, cut and fit them myself, and prob tack weld them together since i have an arc welder, but since i'm crappy at welding with that thing, i was going to take it to a welding shop, as they did an awsome job on my EGT probe when they welded that onto the mani. Shouldnt cost too much, cheaper than buying a pre-built one. It wont be coated though, but thats no big deal to me really..I guess i could get it coated somewhere..

>XTreme RS - why'd you have your EGT probe welded to your mani >and just not tapped in place? >
Because the dude i bought the original "kit" from, had drilled a hole in the mani, then just tired to thread in the EGT bung, without tapping it first. So it never got that tight, and he had put some JB weld on it..looked like crap...so i just got a new bung, and had it welded onto the mani. Thats the best way to do it anyway.
