that fitting tends to leak. If i were you i would cut off the end of that oil retun tube and dril a hole in the pan and stick the tube into the pan so that the oil being returned flows all the way into the pan. make sure you weld the tube to the pan so that it does not leak.
I think that would be a cheap and effective way of modifying that fitting so that it does not leak.

I'm not sure if this will work but I was going to try this, but have no need to now. anyways you by a fitting at a local hardware store, don't know what its called but anyways you get one that has the threads on the one side and the barb for the hose on the other then drill a hole in the oil pan, placing the side with the treads in the hole(duh!!) then you weld them together or if your really cheap by some quick weld or something to hold the pan and fitting together so it doesn't leak and your done.

you don't really need that piece if you have trouble finding it..you could just call wyatt..i gotta say hes a lot easier to get a hold of lately...overboost.com would have that piece for ya if you needed it too..just got to jegs and but a piece..you could find a big enough AN fitting to work just fine...good luck
