I got the endtanks re-welded on my starion and there's some dirt and shit in there. I obviously dont want any of it breaking loose and going into my engine. What's the best way to get all of that crap out? Any ideas?

A hacksaw and a brush. Really easy to clean it that way. Really tough to make it work again. -=B-=

you should search for a starion/conquest forum and post the question there, that way you will get a definite answer.

After my motor blew a few months ago it filled my fmic with oil. After i got the new motor I pulled the fmic and pipes off and cleaned them with regular gasoline (93 octane heh). Worked like a charm, the pipes and ic are good as new. gas rules!

dude its aluminum would you want it any other material and unpainted like that they even make radiators out of aluminum so makes sense. An intercooler is basically a radiator made to flow air.
