ok, i have a digital a/f guage in my triple pillar, and i recently wired up the apexi TT that also reads a/f voltage. now i'm pretty sure my readings are off. both gauges read the same values, but both see .98-1.001 at WOT, adn i know i'm not running that rich, according to the data logger i'm at .96-.98 which is rich. i had someone drive behind me and watch for any black smoke and there was none at all on any wot pulls or anywhere else. anyway, my question is: i have only 1 wire running from the o2 signal at the ecu, and then i have 2 gauges tapped into that. would that cause the signal to be altered at all? i made sure i have very good grounds and connections on each gauge, so i know it's not that.

I don't know much about o2 sensors, but in the world of electrical signal the more you have connected the higher the resistance (or lower depending on how you wire it)...therefore you can get different results I would expect

I hookep up my modified gadgetseller A\F gauge onto my Corbin gauge. Didn't really notice any diff, both are accurate within the 100th's. I believe JasonEsiT also has a similar setp as mine.

i know in theory that a good voltmeter shound't draw any current, however i noticed that when i hooked up corbin's digital a/f gauge to my car my blinky autometer gauge went from the middle to almost all the way to the left. i'm guessing that it went from around .5 to .3 volts, just by hooking up the digital a/f gauge. i have good grounds, and i'm using 16 gauge wire from the ECU. pretty weird. will the ECU/oxygen sensor tweak if you try to draw too much current from it?

that's what i'm wondering, b/c i know i have good grounds and connections. the only thing is that i have two gauges now. like you said, i'm starting to wonder if it's actually messing up the reading that the ecu is getting too. although, i know there are some that have two a/f gauge, like jason, and robotech
