#47935, "A/F Gauge question..."

I Have the autometer a/f gauge, and i know the white/black wire from the o2 sensor is the wire i need to tap into, but what is it at the ECU? i dont want to run a wire all the way down to the o2 sensor... its a little cleaner to do it at the ECU. is it still white with a black stripe at the ECU? or is it something else?

thanks! emoji

anyone ever thought of a drive-thru parts store? that would be cool!

A quick search of the 2gnt archives reveals a quote by Fast420A

"Okay the Top harness of the ECU has 2 wires you need. You need to tap into the white wire with the black stripe for your O2 signal and the larger wire in the harness which is black with a red stripe which is the ECU power and you want to use this for the Digital A/F gauge power. The ground needs to be a good ground because if you have a bad ground you will get incorrect readings."

White wire with black tracer.
