Largest disk, short dark spring, bleed valve out about one turn or so, 21-22 psi of fuel at idle vacuum(17-18 hg's). I believe i got around 65-70 psi of fuel at 8 psi boost.

xtreme are u talking about the option bled valve and check valve u can buy of the one stock on the unit?
You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

Yes, i use the bleed valve like on the Cartach FPR. I also get about 100 psi or so of fuel at 13 psi boost. I have several turns out on the bleed valve, so the 2.72" disk will be VERY close to what you need with the 30 lb injects. I just like running the largest disk so i know i have plenty of fuel to work with, then tune down from there using the bleed vavle.
