Well most people will say right off "why use the 2g intercooler". Well I only plan on running about 8-10lbs max boost that's why! And because most people will say it can't be done well. And I hate to hear "CANT BE DONE"!
Anyway here is the start of my ic project. I have all my hole drilled for mounting. I would have mounted her up tonight, but my bead's have not dried enough yet. It will sit right behing/under the driver side headlight, in the little pocket there.
These are of course just sitting there as an example. When fitted up there it is nice and snug. Nothing has bad bends or is hard to get to either.

Ok, I'll say something. Why did you decide to block the intercooler with the piping? I just don't think that's the best way to do it. It'll probably work just fine.

I did think of that too...but @ such low boost levels for now it really should not make much of a difference... I will post some more pic's of it all mounted up.....I am pretty sure that it really is not "blocked" but more of a restriction....there is still lots of room between the pipe and the core. As for 15lbs I don't think this core is effecient to that level. 11 mabey..but after that it will get heat soaked fast.

I used some stuff called "super weld". Worked really good for this type of stuff. First cleaned up the pipes with alchol then used my wire brush bit for my drill and scuffed it up quite a bit, then did the old tape trick with it. and let her tach up a bit then removed the tape. Next day I used my wire brush drill bit to remove what I didn't want on there.
