at 7 psi i'm maxing out at 62 psi fuel pressure with 30# injectors, does that sound right? with a EGT of 1425*

I also can't hit 8psi, i checked for obvious leaks: nothing!

do you have a boost controler.. your westgate spring might be set to open at 7psi. that is why it will not go any higher. (if you don't have any air leaks)

Hell even if your spring is set to 8 psi you still wont get that much pressure at the manifold... you almost always lose about a psi with an intercooler, and sometimes more than that. An 8 psi spring will probably make 6.5-7 at the manifold. Try a boost controller.

you can remedy the presure drop caused by the intercooler by runing your vacuum line from the westgate to the manifold instead of the compressor.
