IMO, yes it is. You don't have to remove anything major to install it. Installation is pretty simple, unless you're talking about a direct port setup.

Well, technically I think it is considered forced induction, but hey, my kit is held on with bolts... among other things, so sure.

I wouldn't think it would be forced induction. To me, forced induction means pressurizing the intake charge by some means. N2O would be more like "accelerated combustion".

Turbo chargers = bolt on.
Nitrous = bolt on.
Super chargers = bolt on.
Rebuilding your engine with forged pistons, a crazy cam, polish and porting heads = not so bolt on.
