That was right after i did teh install of the new wastegate arm I have her up to 6lbs now...MUCH better. You wouln't think 2lbs is a big diff but it really is.

Im into this kit for around 13-1500...excluding things like the super afc, my time ect ect....but I am alway's upgrading
If your going to do it go for a kit....much easier..but custom is always cool! Look at my stuff...shoot Tim and I are the only two with a T25 setup now...(I think).
