ok, i need some help....i have a 99 RS...someone is selling me a HRC turbo kit from a 95, what will i need to do to make the early fuel system work with my 99 fuel system????

well you will need a FCD, missing link or whatever else they call them. The pump should hook up the same. Look at my instructions on my site and read the two differences between the 95 fuel system and 96+ fuel system. This will show you exactly what you need.

remove the factory fuel reg. from under your 96 run your fuel line into the fuelrail(where the valve fitting is) run a return line into the tank..and a fcd. there may be more. guys?!
