you have to remember that at 12 psi boost and 85 psi fuel pressure you are actually getting 73 psi of differential fuel pressure. at 12 psi, i think that is a little bit low. but it should be okay if the ecu compensates.

You're running the 440cc ok without the SAFC? I've had this idea that without the SAFC, you'd flood the engine with those injectors which is why I went to the 310cc. Because I want to up the boost, now I'm wishing that I'd gotten the 440cc if I knew you didn't need an SAFC. with the 310cc my idle fuel pressure is at 25psi. Shouldn't your idle fp be a little bit lower because they're larger than normal?

i am running about 17-18 psi idle about 25-28 static and about 100-110 psi at 15 psi boost this will give you a differential fuel pressure of about 85-90 psi i haven't had any problems with this setup, but your car may be different, try different settings out, you ultimately need to datalog the car and see what your fuel trims are at, this will tell you how well it is working out. my max duty cycle has been 85%

when i was running my 310's i was running 30psi static with the same sfmu disk...sounds very rich with 28 static on 440's...i have mine set at around 23 static and its still very rich with 440's

So do you or dont you need a SAFC to run 440cc injectors? Cause I was going to get 310's but my friend gave me a good deal on 440cc RC injectors, but i dont want to buy a SAFC.

YES you can run your car with the correct fuel setup. you just got to run low idle fuel pressure and know how to tune. cool Michael 99gs HRC Stage 2 @12psi Stage 3 process begins gathering parts for rebuild 2GNT Member #32 http://www.dreamwater.net/purplebeast
