ZEX and Venom is dry and will work with your car. if your going NOS or NX, you need the wet kits

Nope, a dry kit will not work on your car. You have a 99 so you need a wet kit. NX and NOS both make good wet kits (I have a NX kit and love it)

This is going to sound stupid, but what exactly is the difference? Is there a difference in the way it is installed? TIA!

A dry kit just sprays nitrous into the intake. A wet kit sprays both nitrous and fuel into the intake.

Wet kit is much safer on any car.

I run a Venom VCN-2000 system and love, but I got a major hook-up on the price. It's technically a dry kit, but not really. It's never given me any trouble or problems. I just ordered a new NX direct port kit with the fuel rail system 2 days ago to test out, I'll let you guys know how it goes.
