Hi I have a 1996 Eclipse RS and I am looking to get it Turbocharged, BUT I have over 80,000 miles on it. What would be my best option? Any help would be well appreciated.

Thanks, Mike

I too have a '96 Eclipse with just over 80,000 miles. Of course, by now our rings probably aren't sealing as well, and our pistons are getting old. Nothing wrong with turbocharging, just be prepared for things to go wrong. This can be as simple as having to replace gaskets, or as bad as bending or breaking rods and melting pistons. Theres a lot to worry about, but if you do it right, it can be done. I'm ordering a turbokit this week myself.
