I just got a new fuel pressure guage. It is the one that is oil filled. It is got a little screw inside the fitting that my nipple screws on to. What is the little screw for?

Does anybody have some input on this. Is it an adjustment screw or a screw they put in for shipping or what. I have never seen one like it before.
