Hey when i blew up my engine a lot of oil got into my BOV. Now it seems like its not going off when it should and i can feel the car get angry! Is this possible? How can i clean it out? thanks!

put it in the dishwasher. then spray some good sillicon lubricant around all of the moving parts and it should be happy. i love putting car parts in the dishwasher and having my parents freak out when they see an UDP or a cam gear or something else in there.

EDIT: if you have a blow off valve like the TurboXS RFL that can be fully disassembeled, then go for it because all of the surfaces can be cleaned easily. i don't know if all blow off valves can be taken apart like the one i have though.
