Shouldn't, since you aren't using the stock MAP sensor to fool the AFC. If you are running boost, then you need to run another MAP sensor, as the stock one won't survive more then 14 psi, even with a black box on it. -=B-=

It is safe to say a missing link is beneficial in ALL situations that retain the stock map sensor. The only time you would not is a full standalone that fully removes the stock ecu and has its own inputs.
