well the car started yesterday after being dwn for like 6 mths doing a full motor build up. we seem to be having fuel problems, the car starts and then it doesnt want to start, very weird. it sputters where did u guys tap to put the fuel gauge on? im running the msdinline (loud as fuck) and the vortec, still have the stock injectors till we break in the motor then 440s here we come. i have the ner kit, if any are familliar with it. heres where the vacume lines are plumbed to, wastegate intake maini, bov intake mani, fmu intake mani so i hope all that is plugged up right. i wish this kit came with everything and better instructions emoji but the hrc and star ones have helped. i hope that this is all that is wrong. when she ran for a bit it sounded pretty good, but we need to get the problems worked out quickly i miss drivn her. tia

ben anyone in the kc area that would like to come help look at it that would be cool.

for the HRC kit you tap off your fuel rail....... i assume it should be the same for the ner kit but i don't know how that set up is.....

Typically you'd tap it off the fuel rail b/c it's next to last before fuel hits the injectors. Earlier did you say that you were doing a 2.4 swap? I honestly don't think the stockers are cutting it. Have you tried to rewire the pump and are you still using the 12:1 disk in the Vortech? I live in Pittsburg, KS but won't be around KC until this weekend.

Shit is all apart. Typical...

I tapped my press gauge off the end of the fuel rail. (where the pressure valve is located at.)

you have the fuel line coming from the fuel rail test port going to the FMU side port? The fuel return line goes on the FMU bottom port. You need to find out what your fuel pressure is at idle(47-50 psi is what it should be). Sounds like you dont have enough fuel pressure..but get a gauge and find out to be sure.

My bad, isn't he from MO? Anyway, where are you at in KC? My parents live in South Overland Park and I stay with them on the weekends if I go to work up there. Mail me if you need me to give a hand or a look.

Where's Warsaw? My parents live off 144th and antioch. I'm thinking that I will bring my car up this weekend b/c it gets better gas milage than my FREE mini van. Don't hesitate to E-mail me and I'll see what I can do about getting out there to help.
