i have the grillgraft grill so it wouldnt really be seen and it would work better getting direct airflow into it, so has this ever been tried?

I don't know how much room you guys have behind the bumper but I know my 1G SMIC won't fit in the front. It's too thick and the inlet/outlet are not on the sides like a FMIC would be.
