#45307, "95 Eclipse w/ 98 HRC kit?? Problems?"

I noticed on HRC's website that they offer 2 differnt kits depending on the fuel setup on our year of car, differnce being whether or not the FPR is on the fuel rail or not. Well, I have a 96 Eclipse with the FPR back by the gas tank. Would a used HRC kit from an eclipse with the earlier FPR setup on the rail work with minimal difficulties? Would I have minimal problems getting it to work or would it not even be worth the trouble??? Thank you.

yes it will work... with minimal modification. everything is the same except for the fuel system.
i am no expert so other will throw their thoughts in but you can get earlier fuel model from HRC probably.

you have a 95 right?

if yes, then you need the 95 fuel system. otherwise 95 and a 98 eclipse kits use the same ic, turbo exhaust mani, turbo, etc... there is some difference from the 95-96 and the 97-99 models but they are small and you can get by them. again, call hrc.
