Hey Bill, since you have quite a bit of experience with
turbocharged cars I wanted to ask you: What is the maximum
effiency of a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust (turbo back).

What exactly do you mean by maximum efficiency? Are you asking what HP the 2.5" exhaust will support?

yup. Sorry i thought i threw HP somewere in my post but i guess i didnt...Im planning on making ~350hp @ wheels

Definitely consider 3" for that power level. You are talking about 400 HP at the crank, which is almost 600 CFM of airflow to get out of that happy 420A.
