Okay, i know the sending unit needs a 1 1/16th deep socket. What i need to know is what size T adapter to get.
what is the thread size and pitch of the unit into the block? is it metric or standard? NPT?
thanks guys

Tim get your self a 3/8 in brass T. You will also need 1 3/8in brass nipple. Then get an adaptor to go from the T to your oil feed line...and the sending unit of course goes into one of the brass T's openings...
Like this....ignore the parts around the T...just look at the nipple to the right and the reducer/coupler to the left. The reducer/coupler goes to your oil feed line and the nipple goes to the block..the remaining hole gets the sending unit..

would be bad to tee twice, giving you 3 outlets. say if i was using an aftermarket oil pres gauge and also wanted to keep the stock unit on there as well.

How 'bout $10 shipped? I have the tee, the coupler to the block, and the reducer/nipple for the oil feed line. I also have a 3' SS line you could use for the oil feed line if you don't have one. I'll take $15 for the line.

Thanks. I'll send it out monday. You'll need to put thread sealer on the appropriate places and tighten everything down.
