I have the FCD installed and the car stalls. If I reconnect the MAP wires as before, the car runs fine. I've tested the ground wire and it's definitely connected. I've also resoldered the power wire to make sure it was good.
I have it installed with the AFC, which I know many of you do. I have it wired in series between the AFC and the ECU.

Here's the wire order I used.

MAP (yellow/black) connected to white AFC wire
yellow AFC wire connected to white FCD wire
green FCD wire to yellow/black ECU wire
