I currently have my stock and after market pressure sender in the tee I need to install oil feed is it ok to undo the stock pressure sensor (I know the oil light will come on the dash) But will anything else happen or could you just use more fittings so you can add on.

^^ need to speak nicer to your elders. and how do you know the oil light will come on? have you done it? well your wrong. take the stock oil sender out and put the after market one in.

listen all I wanted was some help, to see what people in the past have done and the oil light does come on, because it sences no pressure. I asked the question and recieved a smart ass answer. that is why I replied like that. He already has some bad feedback from being an smart ass in the past

i gaurantee you that the oil light won't come on. i had mine setup up the same way.

You could tee off, or just remove the stock sensor. From what was said (i have never tried it), it seems to me that the stock pressure sensor is an open circuit when it sees pressure. So if you just unplug the sensor, it keeps the circuit open, and no dash lit oil light. So if the stock sensor is plugged in, and the sensor sees no pressure, it closes the circuit, and turns on the dash light. Like i said though, i have never tried it, so this is just me thinking about what was said by optimuspeterson.

That was my problem I just removed It and left it connected to the sensor. Thanks for all your help sorry about the mix up earlier. Most people do try to use the search feature it just is very veg with what it brings up.
