Is any body in here is running a internal wastegate with a adjustable rod and how do u adjust it. Do i make the rod longer are sorter to reduce the boost.

I don't know of any adjustble internal wastegates but you would have to make the rod longer in order to get less boost. By making it longer it will have somewhat of a "head start" on opening therfore allowing the exhaust to pass and not build anymore boost.
